I just received an email from Team Romney announcing that the campaign has contacted more than 20 million voters and knocked on more doors so far than in all of 2008. The McCain ground game was undeniably disappointing, but this is still an impressive feat with almost two months still until the election.
That said, this is not an election to watch from the sidelines. If you have the time, volunteer. If you can spare even a few bucks, donate. If you can do both, do both. Get in the trenches. You do not want to be sitting there on November 7 wishing you had done more.
For my part, I pledge to take any money earned from the ads on the site and donate it all to the Romney Campaign and defeating Barack Obama.
