Althouse (a former Obama voter, who yesterday revealed her support for Romney): This clip neatly embodies a reason why I believe Romney will win. He feels like optimism, and Obama — who once owned the word "hope" — seems petulant, divisive, and ungrateful.

UPDATED: All Four Major Iowa Papers Endorse Romney
The left leaning paper is the largest in Iowa and had not previously endorsed a Republican presidential candidate in 40 years.
The New York Times streak, by contrast, is at 50 years and still going strong.
Update: All four major Iowa papers have now endorsed Mitt Romney.

Ross Perot Endorses Romney
Perot:
Our country faces a momentous choice. The fact is the United States is on an unsustainable course. At stake is nothing less than our position in the world, our standard of living at home and our constitutional freedoms.
That is why I am endorsing Mitt Romney for president. We can’t afford four more years in which debt mushrooms out of control, our government grows and our military is weakened.
